my fave porker pork mushroom

ready to go to the wok??
fwuaahhh *saliva dripping*
Think think think... since I hafn't done much cooking lately, need to brush up.
Cooked this today evening, so that we can all bring to work tomolo.

The 3main important things:
garlic, button mushrooms, pork
marinate wif LOADS Of pepper, sesame oil, salt, soya sauce,

heat wok, throw in oil,then garlic...simmer simmer, pork, add water, karamel sauce,button mushrooms let it boil slow fire.
