had dinner wif a dear old buddy at May XI Chuan Damansara Perdana.
Had their beancurd w straw mushroom.. nyumssss, fried sotong and brinjal/sambal dried prawns. SUPERb... the food and company!!!

Dinner at Ka Soh, Jalan Bukit Bintang

Had dinner wif some relatives from Singapore at this place called Ka-Soh at Jalan Bukit Bintang. how to get there: you drive along Jalan Imbi KL, turn left just before Dorsett Regency. Ritz Carlton KL will be on your left, Ka Soh is on your right.
This the second time I been there... Overall, the food's ok ok oni lar... not thatttttttt yummy,
We had curry fish head.. yeah.. u can see a lot of fish head...but no meat that kind... That's authentic curry fish head for u.
Their jiu phai taufu. ok lar... nothing to shout about... but the portion was like.. not enuff lar...
Baby french beans wif deep fried dried shrimps, chicken wing (no chance of taking pic when it came piping hot. Was freakking hungry already), then sweet and sour pork (ok ok oni lar), and their another specialty is the deep fried pig intestines.
Also tried their canto style mee hoon.
seems loads of 'celebrities' go there... You might wanna give it a shot and see who you bump into lah.....

I can go to this place forever and ever... Why? cos..... It's not super duper packed, and the asam laksa is nyums... (well according to my taste lar..)
And... being in Penang the last day, heck why not go for the large bowl (and save on eating the other dishes later...which will end up costing us more... hahahaha!!!)
Also had two spoonful of their curry laksa, something which foodyumz Pam does not eat... Wah... impressed lah.... Please... make ur way there... U can take me there lar.. I know where it is! hahahahah!!!!

Do not go to this shop called Kim Lee at Lorong Macallister. I got RIPPED MAN.... RM 3.70 for economy rice, whilst holidaying in Penang... shucks....
Pam's tips for tourist : DO NOT GO TO PENANG TO HAF ECONOMY RICE......
What happened was... I got out to town late... wanted to go to Kek Seng for asam laksa but it was helluva packed, so ended up walking a coupla streets behind to Kim Lee. Basket....
